Let down by camera case

This bundle was good with the exception of the camera case which was rubbish. The case had:
* No pockets to store spare battery
* inadequate padding
* plastic clip, rather than velcro to secure pocket cover
* thread through belt loop, rather than velcro ties to secure to belt.
* looks chaep and nasty.

I was also unhappy with freight charge, as Pacific stated charge was based on weight of 3.7 lbs ?? - this package weighed inder 2 lbs???. i was therefore charged a total of $42.77 for shipping - -I found this excessive.

I am pleased with the camera. The flash is in a bad location so when you hold the camera and turn it on, your finger will block the flash from opening. Serious design flaw.

I am not happy that I didn't get a user guide. Sure I was able to downlaod a pdf, but I want a book I can hold.

Canon Powershot SX230 HS

I bought this Canon Powershot SX 230 because I got tired of
blurred and dark images taken with other cameras when the lighting
was less then ideal.
I like the pictures this Canon takes and I am very happy with
the features of this camera. It is easy to take a picture without
leaving somebody out of it, using the delay feature and it has a
lot of other user friendly features, like a setting that makes a
video automatically using pictures taken within 24 hours.
I also love the looks of this camera, it is beautiful.
The extras that came with the package, like the memory card
made the price a good deal. The only thing I did not like was
the tripod, which is tiny and not very useful.
